Madison Town Board approves $1 purchase of Village Hall

NY MADISON — Madison Town Board unanimously approves $1 purchase of Village Hall from Mayor. The vote, under Resolution #26-5, includes an agreement that Village employees retain access to their offices in the building. The board also authorized highway garage repairs through J&D Family Construction using COVID relief funds, approved equipment sales including truck #24 to Jeromie Nelson for $10,000 and a generator to Shayne Winton for $100, and assumed responsibility for the town's annual Memorial Day parade.
